About this video
Running Seattle in February , a long run from Seattle Center all the way to Discovery Park and back. Cold morning, wet pavement, and one of the most scenic urban long runs I've done. From the Space Needle to the cliffs of Discovery Park.
Lacing up the Saucony Speed 4 for this one and putting in the miles as part of my winter training block. 33km/20,5 miles in the box.
Happy running! 🏃♂️
